Exact François Damien ! 

 

J'ai appliqué la méthode pour transmission 1x qui consiste à passer sur le 40 devant et la k7 de 42 hors derailleur. Puis laisse 2 maillons inter et 2 maillons exter.. 

Je viens de rajouter 1 maillons inter +1 externe. Bcp mieux 👌.
